A premiere of a new work for Violin and Tape will be performed by Tania Sikelianou during
the three days Festival of CMRC - KSYME at the Athens Conservatory, a festival dedicated to contemporary
solo, chamber and electronic music. The CMRC celebrates its 40 years history in greek music.

Two songs for Tenor and Piano will be premiered during the "Μελοποιήσεις 6" series. The lyrics of the
songs were written by G.Metaxas and A. Santorineos. They will be singing by Leonidas Sakellaridis and the pianist will be
Alexandros Makris.The whole programme of the recital is based on contemporary songs written by greek composers
on poems mainly by greek poets.

The very talented young pianist Apostolos Balanos will premiere a new work for solo piano.
The programme of the recital includes works by the greek composers P.Theodosiou, D.Minakakis, C.Lignos, G.Hatzimichelakis, K.Reklitis, K.Dedes, L.Sakellaridis, F.Kossona and N.Athanasakis.

Mandolin Orchestra "Prima Visione" under the direction of Plamen Maslev will premiere the work
Oasis - A smile to Sofia op.287 which is written for them. The programme will include classical and contemporary works written or transcribed for the orchestra.

Mandolin Quintet "Seasons" will premiere the work "Kaleidoscope III" op.283. The work is written and dedicated to them.
The programme will include works by C.Franck, D.Schostakovich, P.Petrov and R.Balkanski. The concert will open
with the guitar ensemble "Terpandros".

Panos Thoidis will premiere the work "By the lion's claw" op. 280 for percussion. The concert was organized
by the Greek Composers Union and the programme will include works by greek composers.

The Mandolin Quartet Seasons will perform the work "Three Greek Dances" op.259 in a concert
at Musical Zographs Project in 4 Bulgarian cities. The programme will include well known baroque works transcribed
for the Quintet and works written by R.Balkanski. The project was supported by the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture and
organized by "Pro Atribus" Association.

Catherine Jennings, Flute, Eva Langfeldt, Oboe and Julian Fong, Piano will perform "A Day to the Circus", op. 116 at Noe Valley Ministry, San Francisco. The programme will include works by Felix Mendelssohn,Thomas Lupo, Will Ayton, Miriam Hyde and Astor Piazzola.
